Please contact reception at the Surgery to make an appointment with the Practice Nurse. You will need to have your pre-travel questionnaire ready to hand and let them know whether you are a registered patient as this will affect the cost of vaccination. Please print off and fill out the "Pre-travel Form" from the link on the left as this needed prior to seeing the Nurse. CHARGES: If you are a registered patient with the practice we will not charge you any consultation fee for the above vaccinations. For non-registered patients there is a £10 administrative charge payable at the time of treatment. Private prescriptions for Malaria tablets are issued at a cost of £10 each payable to the Surgery. This is in addition to the cost of the drug, which is payable directly to the Chemist.
